Grass - New Zealand Hair Sedge
The Grass 'New Zealand Hair Sedge', Carex comans Frosted Curls, is a tufted, fine textured, evergreen sedge with 1/16"-wide, hairlike, almost cylindrical leaves that form dense tufts.
