This Veronica produces wonderful dark blue flowers that bloom from June till September. ‘Sunny Border Blue’ was voted Perennial of the Year in 1993, and one can see why. With its dark glossy green foliage, it has a plant height of 18” and a spread of 12-18”. ‘Sunny Border Blue’ needs a full sun area with well-drained soil. Deadhead the flowers after the first bloom to prolong its bloom time. Veronica can be used as a ground cover, in mass plantings or along borders.
